While regional Italian dishes anchor the menu at Piccola Italia, Chef and Owner, Brian Gualtieri, calls on his training from the Culinary Institute of America & versatile experience working in some of the most prestigious kitchens around the country like, San Francisco's acclaimed One Market Restaurant, Mumford's Culinary Center in Long Branch, New Jersey & two renowned New York City restaurants, Chanterelle and Montrachet.
Chef Brian’s menu at Piccola Italia celebrates signature Italian flavors with a modern spin. Guests are invited to try innovative appetizers, like polenta fried oysters, house-made pastas, and the highest-quality seafood & finest meat selections available. Whether guests are looking for a causal night-out, celebrating a special occasion, or dining with clients over lunch – the staff is knowledgeable, attentive and dedicated to making sure each experience at Piccola Italia is memorable.
Piccola Italia’s marble-finished bar offers patrons an exceptionally varied and well stocked bar, an extensive wine list, seasonal craft beers & specialty cocktails created by skilled bartenders. At the 14-seat bar, guests are encouraged to check out and treat themselves to the off-the-menu dish like the Secret 8oz. Grilled Kobe Beef Burger.
On-premise private dining rooms & menus are available for customized events, parties and corporate/pharmaceutical dinner meetings.
